ORAL PRESENTATIONS
• Opening lectures (45 min total = presentation: 40 min. + questions: 5 min.).
• Invited talks (30 min. total = presentation: 25 min. + questions: 5 min.).
• Contributed talks (20 min. total = presentation: 15 min. + questions: 5 min.).

The auditorium is equipped with one PC/video projector together with a "Laptop/Desktop Station", a pointer, and one large screen. If you have any special presentation requirements (e.g. slide projector, etc.) please contact [ norma.crosby AT oma.be ] by May 31, 2008. Otherwise it is assumed that you will be giving a power-point presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster presentations will be placed on the walls of the auditorium for the whole duration of the workshop. There is no exact poster size, but authors are asked to keep to standard sizes, for example 200 cm (width) x 100 cm (height). All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the walls will be available at the workshop.

WORKSHOP PROCEEDINGS
All presented papers (oral and poster) will be considered for publication under standard refereeing procedures in the International Conference Proceedings Series of the American Institute of Physics (AIP). We are happy to offer a free copy to each workshop participant after the proceedings papers are in print. Details about paper submission and deadlines will be announced via the workshop website.
